DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY POLICY

  • For online purchases you can either have your order shipped straight to you for a delivery fee or you can collect in person free of charge at our Edinburgh store.

  • Deliveries of your online purchases are made by Royal Mail which is an insured, signed for service. Please ensure you are there to sign for your delivery or you may have to collect at a local postal depot or arrange for redelivery.

  • Delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.

  • Items over the value of £2400 can only be collected in store.

  • We regret that we cannot post outside the UK.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Every item we sell is preowned meaning some light wear is to be expected.  We do our very best to describe and photograph all obvious wear, however there may be tiny imperfections that do not show up in photographs.  

The price you pay for a preloved item will reflect the condition.  

If you happen to change your mind upon receiving the item, we are happy to offer you a refund on full priced items purchased online if returned within 14 days from purchase in the same condition you received it.  

RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE & DELIVERED

Should you change your mind for any reason we are happy to offer a refund on full priced items if returned within 14 days of purchase, unused in the same condition you received it with plastic after sales tag intact.

Fill in our return form (included with your order) place it inside the package and ensure the item is posted back to our store within 14 days of purchase.    

Once the item is received back in our possession and inspected you will receive your refund within 14 days. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

Return delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer who purchased the online order.

You can return any online purchase in store, free of charge for an instant refund to the original payment method.  

RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED ONLINE FOR COLLECTION IN STORE

If you selected to collect your online order in store, we will have you inspect the item at the point of collection.  Should you change your mind upon inspection we will offer you a full refund or exchange then and there.  Once the item is inspected and taken from the store it is deemed as suitable and is then not eligible for a refund or exchange.  

ITEMS PURCHASED IN OUR HOWE STREET STORE

If you purchased your item directly from our physical store in Howe Street Edinburgh the items are deemed as inspected and suitable.  Please ensure you are happy with your purchases before leaving the store as once the items are removed from the property we have a strict no refund policy.
